Educational Management and Policy Students Association (EMPSA), FCE(T), Umunze welcomes new members

Members of Educational Management and Policy Students Association (EMPSA),under the School of  Education, Federal College of Education (Technical) Umunze, yesterday welcomed its new members to the association.
      The induction which held at the 'L' hall, temporal site was graced by the Head of the Department, Mrs Kate Obi and other reputable members of the association.

    Speaking at the occasion, the president of the association, Comrade Peter Orisu on his welcoming speech, admonished the students to desist from examination malpractice as it does not guarantee success. He also advised the members of the association new and old to dress decently no matter who they are and where they are, for it is how one dresses that he would addressed.
    The HOD in her speech advised the students to know their aim of being in a higher institution, according to her, "I am advising the students to know that their primary aim of being sent to school is to read their books and be useful to the society.
  Also speaking at the occasion was Comrade Sorochi Ofor (philanthropist),who is the senator representing  school of education at the senate. He challenged his fellow members and other students to live an exemplary life, a life that is worth emulating. He stressed that EMP department has been the best and would continue to be the best so far as FCE(T),Umunze is concerned.
