Biafra pays every Igbo man , daughter N500,000 according to Vincent Ndubuisi Anaenugwu, the dreamer?

Good morning my dearest Biafrans,
We shall restore the dignity of man once Biafra is achieved.

For a start,we shall declare state of emergency on ;

1. Electricity- 24 hours supply of electricity will be achieved within 2 years of Biafra restoration.This is so simple as many streets will be authorized to generate electricity via solar,wind,waste,coal,gas,water.We shall sell excess power generated to Nigeria and other african countries.
2.We shall declare state of emergency on reliable database- We shall put all Biafrans to a biometric database within 2 months of Biafra restoration.We shall pay Biafrans money to come forward for the mass registration.
3.An efficient credit system will be put in place to ensure equitable redistribution of Biafra resources.Every Biafra citizen will be entitled to a loan equivalent to N500,000 with less than 2% interest rate payable as soon as the Biafran starts earning income. This will be announced on the day of Biafra independence celebration.Capital injection into the Biafra economy will activate consumption,savings and investment.This will come with other positive results on employment,price stability and quality service delivery.
