SMOOTH AND ORGANISED SYNDICATE IN MY STATE ON A TUESDAY REPORT CARD by MAZI ODERA  17/05/16

My Governor and Chief Executive of my state ,i bring you senior greetings from the stable of MAZI ODERA as usual .
I hope things are in proper shape and i pray that your health will be strong enough to enable you guide this tough and strong state  .
Sir ,i pray also that the God who loved this our state and made us LIGHT OF THE NATION should step in and cleanse all the Conspirators ,especially the 4 DAIBOLICAL MEN who many people suspect are using OTUMOKPO “VOODOO”  to confuse and manipulate you ,even though they are the Kitchen Cabinets but diabolical sufficient per say ,the saying is that they are using diabolical powers and means to stir you to do thing that will only favour their interest but to the detriment of the state .
The God that brought the state out of the hands of dog fathers from the days of Mbadinuju and our  Okija Ordained Governor ,the same God that gave us the man who drove us through the dessert of bad governance ,bad road ,epileptic Schools ,Gimcrack and Ramshackle Hospitals ,wasteful way of governance ,running state like KINDRED MEETING  till we get to a state where every Igbo person were proud off for once of  ANAM BARA as a state  ,yes we thank God for OKWUTE who did us proud by weathering the storm of PDP occupied house of assembly, whose agenda were perfectly stated to make sure that our state stayed in perpetual deformed status ,but by the strength of God ,Okwute rescued the state and for the first time in Democratic history of Nigeria ,a leaving Governor did not hand over debts to the in coming but left him a gigantic 86 BILLION Naira [making the new Government to start off with Champagne Partying and buying of all through Bullet proof Convoy SUVS] ,good Government setting ,Healthy Donor agencies that partnered  in Love with the state ,great academic restored status ,powerful VIGILANTES that made sure that Crime were completely eradicated from the state to the extend that for 4 years before his departure there was no Armed Robbery in the state ,because the Vigilantes with the support given to them by the former Governor including Communicating gadgets ,Arms and BRAND NEW UTILITY VEHICLES every town Vigilante were wide awake and we did not forget that he made it point of duty to always meet with PG of Towns from time to time and make them happy and cooperative with the Government .
The roads that are village roads , okwute gave them periodically a good sum that was tagged PALLIATIVE FUND to carry out palliative measures in maintaining the Village roads during Yuletide .
Before i digress after all my old man will always say “Uche na abia abia ,obiro na mmadu” [Senses is like a wind ,it comes and go and not resident in a person ].
Sir ,my report today will start on the SMOOTH AND ORGANIZED SYNDICATE in my state , there is chain of fraudulent enterprise going on in my state .
Take for instance the Company named  VAL and WILLIE MULTI BUSINESS LTD  ,the addresses in ANAMBRA state are  – ONUICHA is at NO 20 ZIKS AVENUE ,FEGGE ,while that of OKA were operating from PLOT 18 ,ROAD 16 UDOKA HOUSING ESTATE .
This company controls over 75 % of ANAMBRA IGR especially the ones that generates serious fund but IRS can never have anything to pin them down with because of the stunning cunning nature of the business .
Let me state a particular case ,so it will enable you to investigate other cases  associated with this PHANTOM VAL AND WILLIE .
Recently despite controlling all the above mentioned ,they applied on 6th of MAY 2016 and i refer to the reference as “REQUEST FOR COLLABORATION BETWEEN ATOODA/AOWAN AND VAL AND WILLIE MULTI BUSINESS LIMITED in the collection of SANITATION TOLLS and KEKE [TRICYCLES] LEVIES IN ANAMBRA STATE”.
Before i go back to the new REFERNCE PURSUIT above ,LET ME  quickly rush down to ANAMBRA STATE power of ATTORNEY issued to this same company on 27th NOVEMBER 2015 ,REFERNCE NUMBER ;ANSG/SA/IGR/039  addressed to the Managing Director of VAL AND WILLIE MULTI BUSINESS LTD ,,,SUBJECT ;INSTRUCTION TO CREATE  ADEQUATE PARKING SPACE FOR KEKE TRICYCLE ,,,,,A letter written as Power of ATTORNEY by HON UCHENNA OKAFOR ,SA TO THE GOVERNOR ON INTERNAL GENERATED REVENUE [IGR]  .
Sir ,check the amount of Money granted to this very project ,nobody bided against them ,this wasn,t an open bid ,this was done without Due Process and moving on to ANOTHER one of such POWER OF ATTORNEY SIGNED BY PROF SOLO OSITA CHUKWULOBE ,dated 14TH OCTOBER 2015 with REFERENCE number GH/SSG/ENV/IGR/X  issued to VAL & WILLIE MULTI  BUSINESS LTD ,with SUBJECT matter –OFFER OF APPOINTMENT AS AGENT FOR COLLECTION OF SANITATION TOLLS …..
Expatiating within the body of the letter ,it was clearly written that they should be collecting Tolls for SANITATION and KEKE . For both collections they will be paying the state 1 million Naira a month .
Sir ,one million Naira a month for collecting both SANITATION AND KEKE and they have been doing it for  going to 3 years ? This is better than crude oil and that must be why there was no bidding for such .
The question that is bugging the state is who is the OWNER or VAL AND WILLIE ? AND why are they paying such a pittance for such a lucrative enterprise and they are extorting  seriously from the operators of KEKE and using hard grip on sanitation tickets .
ODAA OPUO the SSA TO GOVERNOR ON MEDIA AND IMAGE –
Sir ,we always wonder from where we get the SA and SSA working for you ,some of them are uncut ,uncivilised and crude touts ,that must be the reason they do not have respect for the office they are holding .
There is this WHATSAPP GROUP created by Victor Umeh for the Sole Purpose of Insulting PETER OBI and they  are having erection doing such ,then ODA OPUO ,MR CHIKA IBENEME let loose and pour acidic umbrage on AISHAT the leader of PEOPLE LIVING WITH SICKLE  CELL ANEMIA IN ANAMBRA STATE .
He called her all unprintable names and made so much allegations against her and threaten to deal with her .He even insinuated that she may be  HERDS MEN stooge ,he is lucky that Aishat has lots of respect for you and osodieme  if not she should have done something to show that idiot that SHE was a SOLDIER with gallant decorations .
Sir, those urchins contributed to the hate you are getting ,maybe they are over zealous to impress you with their crude ways and toward that vain they commit so much blunder that one start to wonder if they have anything called brain in their skull of it was evacuated and replaced with Pounded Cassava.
APGA RECONCILIATION –
Sir ,it was hilarious that Victor Oye hosted Factional Chairman of APGA in his house and the e RATS announced it a plus ..
[1] By abandoning the Party Headquarters in Abuja and relocate APGA official activities to his house makes the party now a Mush room party .
[2] Maxi may have gone into that Kiss up out of desperation and hunger but it reduced the party the more , He is factional Chairman and he commands the royalty of 95 % of legitimate  NATIONAL WORKING COMMITTEE from VICTOR UMEH,S tenure before the APRIL 8 convention that brought in MAXI ,that was before Umeh bought the 100 Million Naira Appeal court judgement that gave him edge and forced Okwute to reconcile with him and set the stage that brought you into the race  at the whooping cost of 650 Million Naira which Umeh collected as requisite to allowing you to fly the flag of APGA .
So with the fact available  ,it is evident that Maxi controls the heart and soul of APGA ,so i expect and like i have written to you on many occasion ,i suggested that you call all the NWC of APGA under MAXI with DR OBIDIGBO the Osisioma of Alaigbo and settle this dispute once and for all ,but by just taking MAXI and his Hired crowd and give them 5 Million Naira ,the crisis just got worst because like my Oldman will say “welu gbanu gbanu gwujie ji ,isekpuru ani welu gwuputa ya ” [If out of haste to harvest Yam ,you cut it in two ,you must knell down again to search for the second half ]. The best thing that happened is that you removed the relevance of MAXI and another will step into the shoes and APGA  crisis will continue .
COMMISSION gone BAD –
Sir ,it is apparent that the Government has nothing more that will attract news and headline ,so your MEDIA men should simply go into hibernation for the time being .Imagine the bad press that this will generate next election year ,that your Government has resorted to commissioning of LIGHT on top on the OKWABE IKWUBE ,the first time it was done was in December with Pump and pageantry ,we wasted more than 70 Million on the switching on of Light that is been generated by China made TIGER GENERATOR .
Then week ago we spent over 30 Million to bring down the SPORTS MINISTER after the Minister for Works said HELL NO that he is more matured than coming down to switch on light on top of Fly over .
Now We read that you went to Nnewi ,brought out DAME ETIABA and ask her to switch on some 4 POLES of ELECTRIC LIGHT powered by Tiger Generator ,whereas in that Nnewi that Road leading to SCHOOL OF NURSING is not Motorable and not even Okada-able and yet we spent so much trying to stay on the news .
Sir,if this is not addressed now before November we may start taking place to OSODIEME switching on her STOVE,The Governor switching on the Car ignition . This is getting absurd and petit to be candid .
I will stop this far because your E rats burned my ORIGINAL REPORT CARD and this one is palliative per say ,,till NEXT TUESDAY or this FRIDAY at SHOVING IT DOWN THE THROAT ON FRIDAY.
