House on the Rock founder dragged to court

Respected preacher and founder of House on the Rock Church, Pastor Paul Adefarasin, has been sued for N800 million.
It was gathered that a certain Gerald Chukwueke and four other people, have dragged the pastor to court for trespassing unto their land in Ikate, Lekki, Lagos.
The lawsuit was served through their lawyer, Moyo Onigbanjo (SAN), and will be heard again on Thursday, April 7, at the Igbosere High Court, Lagos state.
The plaintiffs, Gerald Chukwueke and Chinelo Chukwueke, Mrs. Martha Chukwueke, Germaine Logistics Limited & Germaine Auto Centre Limited, are also reportedly seeking N180 million as solicitor fees from the defendants.
The court had reportedly sat before, with the presiding judge, Justice Adebisi Akinlade, granting an interim injunction, barring the defendants, the Lagos state land registry, the attorney general of Lagos state, and the incorporated trustees of the Rock Foundation, from removing any existing structure from the land located at Ikate, Lekki, Lagos state.
