Time for APGA NATIONAL CHAIRMAN to Flex Muscle by Mazi Odera

The current APGA national Chairman Mr Victor Oye maybe a green horn or Neophyte in Politics but he needs to carve out respect for himself.
Even while in office ,Sir Victor Umeh has been usurping his powers and position ,Chief Umeh still collects the larger monthly party allocation which he has been collecting for over 12 years without giving account of it .
Chief Umeh always make sure that he represents APGA in every function and thereby reduced the significance of the current Chairman and the worst is that whatever Ekpeteshi he hid in his Long Red Cap affects the vision of the Governor who trembles and quake before the ex chairman.
The Party faithful left the party in droves and the die hard remnants like us are at Daga drawn because the party we serve has been reduced to Chief Umehs ATM Machine ,whereas we think that with the New Chairman a new voice and a new Dawn will be heard in Apga but that is not to be .
Chief Umeh during his days sold all the APGA FORMS including for state councillors which falls under the jurisdiction of the party state Chairman ,he controls all the structures and apparatus of the party as if it is his personal enterprise .
Today the Current Chairman has his hands tied ,his tongue twisted and his manhood glued thereby making him less than a puppet in a cereal Box .
Wherefore if Mr Victor Oye the Current Chairman of APGA wants to regain the authority ,if he wants to be seen as a man good enough to manage a national party ,if he wants some confidence reposed on him ,then he needs to stand up and shake the party leaf ,make his presence felt and make those that walks as ultimate owners to recognise and respect the change of status.
Mr Oye should without further consultations call for APGA Primaries that will produce the candidate that will fly APGA FLAG in the re election as bought from appeal court at Anambra Central Senatorial Zone .
This will make Victor Umeh to know the price of Form and also make him to test his popularity ,this will make APGA faithfuls heave a sigh of relief that finally the chairman has Man up .
Mr Oye should give Apga as a party chance to choose who represents them and it is Mr Oye that will sign the Form ,same way Umeh signed all the forms at his own price and those that refused to pay the ransom demanded by Umeh always kiss the Form bye bye ,this time for Mr Oye to get back the bulk of confidence of APGA he should stand up and make Umeh and the party to feel his presence ,but finally if they breath down his neck so hard to allow Umeh Run ,he should know that for Governor Willie M Obiano to have the ticket of the party ,Victor Umeh collected a ransom of about 700 million naira,so if Mr Oye should ask from Umeh 50% of that heist ,it is a fair deal and if Umeh refuses to pay ,then Mr Oye should send the name of any other candidate or even his own name to INEC as Apga flag bearer after all that has been the way Umeh run APGA for 12 years and nobody faulted it .
Finally Mr Oye should make sure that he made Umeh to understand that a new Sheriff is in Town and he is not wearing Long Red cap and he demands respect and part of the heist from the past.
I know that if reverse happens to be the case ,Umeh must ask for 100% of that money used in ransoming Obiano Ticket and also he will ask for all the money paid to the old party Chairman on behalf of the party ,which I think if Oye should ask for it ,it is a good deal as well.
