This is the picture of a political scheming against the erudite guru Maharashtra       in Political scheming towards serving her people and writing the wrongs right.
The nullification and directive for fresh election never mitigated the non-askance of a woman filled with quintessential technocrat and diplomatic appropinquo. It was jubilation in the camp of her oppositions. Perhaps they went straight to bar to drink whisky and champagne and making merriment that acute and severe head ache had been cured. To them, this woman who seems to be political “ebola” had been tamed finally. It was like the money wasted to nullify the election had been justified because they could not see beyond their nose and pockets.
Uche Ekwunife, a woman, highly favoured among many occupied the most enviable and economy-dependent seat called the Committee Chair on downstream sector, at the red carpet chamber. If such seat was given to any other region in the country, I challenge you that they would rally round to support their own. But what I saw in Anambra was a crinkle waste of State resources for kambucha mushrooms. It was a height of foolish people and faux pas to State interest and development because we entered into the spell of modern abduction saga of old Anambra.
Unfortunately for them, little did they know that while men were drinking champagne and messing up the State resources for selfish reasons, Uche Ekwunife used the extra time permutation and combination to demonstrate the fact that wisdom is stronger and more powerful than many weapons of warfare. She taught the opponents that tough time never last but tough people do. She x-rays the fact that she has what it takes to bring down from Abuja our own fair share in the Senate and perhaps would reform the orientation of many that Party is simply a platform and never otherwise.
Her decision to join APC was concretized on the publication of PDP Anambra State on page36 of The Sun Newspaper of Thursday, January 7, 2016 suspending indefinitely State congress and primaries scheduled for 9th January, 2016. We learnt that huge money was given to State PDP to frustrate her move. And so stupidly, their actions kept showing us the kind of leaders we have in Anambra State. Of course it was the current leading opposition party that did it. How wasteful they had been. We can conclude the kind of representation cardinal opposition party self-made flag bearer of the Senate ticket would give us.
But so joyfully, God who rules in the affairs of men can never be outsmarted. To whom He has decided to show mercy He will. It is unquestionable to know that He has final say. Uche Ekwunife should not relax at this point but be alert to read the hand writing on the wall and follow the wind of change, the atmosphere of miracle, which God, whom all power belongs is scheming to favour the State indeed. She acted like Rosa Park.

“I did not want to be mistreated; I did not want to be deprived of a seat that I had paid for. It was just time… there was opportunity for me to take a stand to express the way I felt about being treated in that manner. I had not planned to get arrested. I had plenty to do without having to end up in jail. But when I had to face that decision, I didn’t hesitate to do so because I felt that we had endured that too long. The more we gave in, the more we complied with that kind of treatment, the more oppressive it became.”

Ekwunife’s move to APC the ruling party had given hope to the common man and hope to a visionless State leadership that cannot bury the hatchet for public interest. They could not act like President Goodluck   Jonathan whose phone call to extend hands of friendship and acceptance of defeat even before umpire announced the result had been the quote of the century when he said, “My political ambition does not worth the blood of any Nigerian”. On this he became the father of democracy in Nigeria. Ekwunife’s move to APC will sustain our hope of making Orient Petroleum at Auguleri lucrative and further attract more Federal Government presence. Thus, by this she has frustrated the tokens of liars and made her diviners mad.
