HONKING THE HORN OF POSTERITY  ON TUESDAY REPORT CARD by MAZI ODERA 12/01/2016

 My Governor ,Chief Willie Obiano ,the Akpokue Dike Aguleri ,i greet you and wish you well .
I want to bring us back to our duties which we all suspended late last year ,also as the state, sorry my state Government is still on Holidays weeks after Christmas ,which we will say  that the Governor is on his Monthly Vacation in USA with the Wife and every other worker thought that it is normal for every one of them to join the continued and extended holiday .
Sir,i thank you for the Peaceful and Crimeless Christmas enjoyed in the whole South East ,or should i thank the entire Governors of South East states ?  either way ,let the Thanks go to those worthy of taking it .
Sir ,i want to say it even though it does,nt matter now, but for record purposes and for tomorrow ,the act of Closing a FEDERAL HIGHWAY at UPPER IWEKA ONITSHA because the state wants to waste our resources on what we call CHRISTMAS CAROL ,simply reduced my state in the eyes of passerby as state of ndi NZUZU .
We have 2 good Mini Stadiums at ONITSHA built and commissioned by Peter Obi ,they are spacious enough for such event . We have Ekwueme Park in AWKA that can be used for such show off ,we have Ifeanyi Ubah Staduim at NNEWI ,we have ROJENNY STADIUM at OBA but all those places did not appeal to my Government ,instead we blocked a FEDERAL HIGHWAY thereby stopping all the Vehicles that are using ONITSHA as by pass to ENUGWU,EBONYI,CROSS RIVER,RIVERS,IMO,ABIA and many other places ,we closed it without thinking of the hardship that will be meted out to commuters ,then after they sang Halleluiah ,my own Governor kicked of the BANGER crusade by shooting BANGER on a Live television ,whereas other states are warning off people from shooting bangers during the Yuletide ,so that security will know the sound of Guns and sound of banger ,but my state invested much in celebrating irrelevancies .
People enjoyed the unending Champagne guzzling at your PALACE in AGULERI all through Christmas , i started thinking if the price of OIL  has suddenly sky rocketed or that we won a secret lottery . MOVING ON ..
SIR ,we have bought a re-run or what ever they called it against Senator Iyom Uche Ekwunife in favour of ONYE BUDIKE ? ,but in small verb we Ndi Anambra jiri aka anyi welu cho itufu the only Chairman of something meaningful we had in the Senate ,the DOWN STREAM PETROLEUM . This is a position other states will kill Horses to have and we had it ,but what did we do ? we start measuring manhood with womanhood and sacrificed that on the alter of Foolishness and the ironic is that not even our Bishops cried aru  on this absurdity playing in ANAMBRA CENTRAL .
Sir Victor Umeh did not say EKWUNIFE robed him ,APGA cannot say that EKWUNIFE did not win that election but the grievance is why must it be a woman ? and maybe because of the “POLAND SOAP OPERA “ the male wants to get involved . Imagine a traditional Chieftaincy Red Cap carrier in Igboland is desecrating the tradition by insulting a wife of another Red Cap Chief just because he wants to win the Senate which nobody in his right sense will vote for him . If he can be that vulgar and wild in the public against this Lady ,is He treating  his own wife and daughter ? They must be living in acute bondage if you ask me .
Sir ,i am not so much bothered by the antics of Sir Victor Umeh against Ekwunife after all my old man said that “One can only give what he has” ,there is no way we can expect Agboro to suddenly become a saint ,but my worries is that my state is in the conspiracy of rubbishing another man’s wife ,meaning that ,since we have no more decorum for women ,maybe as 2017 is around the corner and as they say everything is fair in Politics ,then we can look closely on how OSODIEME where able to acquire the VAST EXPANSE OF LAND at FEDERAL HOUSING EXTENSION DIRECT OPPOSITE ONITSHA FEDERAL HOUSING ESTATE ,,AKPAKA EXTENSION ,TRANS NKISI ,THE PLACE NTA is located  and she plans on building a MEGA SCHOOL THERE .
Then we can as well wants to know how she acquired  LANDS all over Awka and the Filling Station that is located next plot to APGA SECRETARIAT after DORA AKUNYILI CENTER  at AGU OKA ,though building with PSEUDO but asi ka akuwasiba ,well ife nkuwasi is all over the place  .
Sir ,i will tell you will all frankness that you have tried everything possible to deliver Victor Umeh and it failed ,you bought him Judgement ,but now is time to let that man float away ,he is carrying so much enemies, that has affected your government and may also help in sinking it too .
The people he showed wildness as APGA CHAIRMAN ,those driven out of the party just because they were milked dry and dumped ,those that he chased away from APGA are not resting ,they are praying in hard tongues to god of vengeance .
Can you use your position as APGA BOT and demand from LIFE CHAIRMAN of APGA what he has done for another person ,party or his community in life .The road that led to his house was built by Gov Peter Obi ,the monthly money giving to him to expand APGA including the one you are giving him now as LIFE CHAIRMAN of APGA he is yet to give out not even a kobo to any member of APGA . The street lights in his community were installed by Senator Uche Ekwunife .
The Money he used for his campaign the first time for Senate which a grass rooted ,tested and trusted politician beat him to pulp even in his town Agulu Uzoigbo ,the fund was extracted from other contenders of APGA because he ran as APGA CHAIRMAN and candidate in the election ,but before then he also as the Life Chairman of APGA  volunteered self and went to Confab as if there is no other person alive in APGA that has anything in his Skull . Back to his First election ,the big lump used for his campaign were blackmailed out of the Government house .
Now outside buying him judgement and celebrating the down fall of qualified candidates like ERNEST NDUKWE AND IFEANYI IBEZI ,the State house is about to waste another state fund on him again ,meaning –no matter what, he lose nothing ,after all it is not his money ,so he can afford to gallivant from one TV Station in Lagos to another,just to complain that SENATOR EKWUNIFE did this or that ,maybe since Ikemba slapped him in his dream and ask him to leave him alone ,that may be why he suddenly stopped going to Ikembas grave to lament ,cry and dance and now he found solace in LAGOS TV stations .
To make APGA seem like a party of people with Ideas ,since the Life Chairman always sale Forms for even Ward elections ,since he abandoned APGA office in ABUJA and relocated to the only survived APGA state house ,so that he will continue taking every benefit that is due for the party ,i think it will be fair if the PUPPET CHAIRMAN of APGA MR VICTOR OYE   stand up immediately and call for APGA primaries for that Senatorial race ,so that he can sale the Forms like Umeh always do ,vet the candidates and send who he choose ,thereby making it a fair deal. I even want him to demand part of the ,if not half of the 700 Million he extorted for allowing you run on APGA ticket ,the current Chairman should make sure he upgraded his stance .
Imagine that UMEH THE LIFE CHAIRMAN or say the ex-chairman of APGA has 2 AMBULANCE in his Convoy and many BRAND NEW SUV ,just to show that he is still in charge and intimidating ,while the current Chairman is using fairly used hand me down ,yet he did not make a serious noise .Somebody should tell him that in politics ,it is either you make yourself to be heard or the noise in the hall will drown you .
Moving on ….
THE WOMAN we are chasing and trying to suffocate ,i mean the CHAIRMAN OF PETROLEUM DOWN STREAM PETROLEUM ,Senator Iyom Uche Ekwunife is holding the most respected office among the South East Senators and she is from our state ,same state that has ORIENT PETROLEUM and hope to harness it . We all know that once we get rid of her other tribes will gladly take over that position and we should all fall back and cry marginalisation and we all know that CALIPHATE does not care about your cry or remonstrance  ,he said it openly that we are the 5% , what he want is the 95% ,so what is wrong if we play the politics of KPU KPU NKPU OGENE with them ?.
Let me once again remind you of a experience during the campaign ,when we stopped at MGBUKA NKPOR with GOVNERNOR OBI and you trailing behind ,we walked down to the markets about 3 of them ,i saw a man who jumped out waving broom and shouting OJEBE GO and his neighbours shouted on him and say they are not APC ,then he rushed inside his small apartment and run out with IFEANYI UBAH shirt and cap and cry Ojebe go and they hushed him again and say –NOT THEM ,i  was amused and tarried to see what gives ,the man went inside this time and bring out both APGA,PDP,APC,LABOUR ,KOWA Uniforms and articles and ask them to choose which one he should use as his own OJEBEGO ,i was amused and sad but later i understand that the man is what we can call a POLITICIAN ,if what gives him hope is PDP he stand with them ,so is every other party .
Victor Umeh started with PDP and ended up as treasurer of APGA before he plotted his way to the TOP. Ngige started with PDP ,ACN and now APC .Our ICONIC GENERAL OJUKWU went through 3 parties before he ended up with APGA .
Ekwunife may have changed party 4 times ,but what compelled her to that change is same thing that moved every other politician to change ,like my old man will say adiro ano ofu ebe ekiri mmanwu [You do not view masquerade from a single position] . Had APGA gave her back her ticket to the House of Rep ,i am sure she will still be serving as house of rep member under APGA today ,but no ,we chased her away and into the Senate. Had PDP gave her back her ticket to the Senate ,she will be flying the party flag but they agreed in the conspiracy and swore not to have a candidate ,then she did what will benefit Alaigbo by playing the actual politics the way Yorobas plays it .
Some argued that she should’ve entered LP OR ANY OTHER PARTY but the truth be told ,SHE can only get a Minority position ,which is SHUT UP SENATOR ,she was able to get Chairmanship of DOWN STREAM PETROLEUM because she came in as PDP SENATOR ,if it was APGA Senator they would’nt even consider giving the Senator any position because of Minority role and i am sure ,Ndi igbo are tired of playing that kind of Card as always Minority .
NEXT –
DEPUTY GOVERNOR OF MY STATE IS CRIPPLED,,,,, i observed that the DEPUTY GOVERNOR of my state DR NKEM OKEKE did not hold the NATIONAL ARMED FORCES REMEMBRANCE DAY which is a national state event ,from our sources around Government , your warning that he should not hold brief for you on anything and that you stripped him of the powers and functions of the Deputy Governor ,thereby making him USELESS and MANLESS ,even as he waits to be replaced in 2017 BID .
Sir ,it is unfair that all the states of the nation marked the Armed Forces remembrance day ,but my state did not because my Governor travelled on his Monthly Holiday to Houston and from there will stop over for another vacation in Dubai ,though by the provision of the constitution ,in absence of the Governor the deputy takes over but in my state ,in absence of the Governor and the wife anybody but the Deputy takes over .
I am pained that our Elites are playing dumb to say something but i digress
ROAD MAINTAINANCE AGENCY –
Sir ,i know you have many things on your table and you cannot see all things ,so it is UNPIAD ASSISTANTS like me that will point out certain things to you, such as the Commissioner for WORKS who you gave 100 MILLION NAIRA to enable him maintain all the Pot HOLES in the state as palliative measure last year  . Ask him to file a memo on any road he maintained with that money and send Engineers to go on the spot assessment  ,i can bet you that he did not spend more than 500,000 Naira on anything ,all the roads we complained about are still in worse condition ,meaning this coming rainy season ,the roads in our state will be a sorry sight and your e rats will blame Rain and promise that after rain wonders will happen ,like they promised last year .
The problem is where did the commissioner for works use the Fund ?
Maybe the latest trend which is that all the SSA are building choice houses around Awka and all of them are Cruising brand new JEEP sorry i mean JEEPS ,which we know is not lifted from only the Jumbo salary of 400K a month . Heard that they also throws the name of the Governor around to extort money from people .
THE MESS OF ABS through the MD –
The MD of ANAMBRA BROADCASTING SERVICE is running that institution like one man business of 1970 .Sir  do you know that the workers in that institution are yet to get Salary of December ? ,since 2014 they have not been paid any allowance or bonus ,but meanwhile the MD gave all the Board members you appointed the sum of 200,000 NAIRA each for Christmas and he also supported the BANGER throwing episode you held at ONITSHA with 200,000 NAIRA ,but the workers are yet to get paid and he is still the MD ?
Sir ,that is what should be called “inconsistent of an MD” ,it is time you step in and address the inhuman treatment toward the staff .
