Buhari removes Roli Bode George, Appoints‎ Abdallah‎ As New NDLEA Boss


Wife of Chief Bode George, Roli has been sacked by President Muhammadu Buhari as Director General of NDLEA.
Buhari immediately has approved the appointment of Muhammad Mustapha Abdallah as the new Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
In a statement from the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation‎ and signed by the Press Director, Bolaji Adebiyi, the appointment takes effect from January 11, and is for a first tenure of five years.
Abdallah, born on November 13, 1954, is from Hong, Adamawa State.
A Professional Security Officer, he has spent his 30 years of public service career in various capacities and strategic positions in the military.
