Ajalli Chief, Mazi Obinani Edward Eni is dead

The death has been announced of Mazi Obinani Edward Eni at Enugu on October, 31 2015 after a brief illness.
The deceased, from Ajalli in Orumba North Local Government Area was the father of Miss Stella Chizaram Eni, a member of staff of The AUTHORITY Newspapers.
According to the burial programme released by the family, the burial and funeral ceremonies started with a service of songs which took place at his Abakpa Nike residence last Tuesday in Enugu.
According to the programme of event, his funeral journey will start to-morrow Thursday January 28 when the corpse will leave the Eastern Medical Centre Enugu in a motorcade for his country home, Umueve village, Ajalli in Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State.
A vigil service and wake-keep will take place later that evening at the Eni country home, Umueve village near the Catholic Seminary, Ajalli.
From 7.00am on Friday, January 29, the body will lie in state at his residence after which it will be taken to St Mark’s Anglican Church Ajalli. The commendation service follows after interment at his compound.
There will be an outing service on Sunday, January 31 at the same church at 8.00am.
The deceased, Mazi Eni, who led a good Christian life is survived by the wife, Mrs Uche Okenwa Eni, two sons, Chukwuebuka Stephen and Clinton Somtochukwu and two daughters, Chizaram Stella and Chidera Sandra, as well as several relatives.
In a letter of condolence sent to the family and signed by the Managing Di¬rector/Editor-in-Chief of The AUTHORITY Newspaper group, Mr Madu Onuorah, the management and staff of the newspaper condoles with the family and wish them strength in their hour of grief.
