www.odogwublog.com did not personally investigate the veracity of the reconciliation but as an insider of the past administration, once I read that Val called him to appeal for a stop action on his Tuesday report card. I understood there was a meeting.

THE KISS IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN AGAIN ON TUESDAY REPORT CARD by MAZI ODERA 15/12/15
Good Morning Ndi Anambra ,today report card is not only to the Governor but to the Citizens of my Dear state ,after all my oldman said “okwu ana aso anya adiro ebi gboo” [Case treat with preference never ends well and on time].
To start i want to set the record straight incase some people are still confused ,i am not working for PETER OBI or VAL or OBIANO .I work for my state and in concert with anybody odi nma ndi igbo na ndi Anambra comes as priority ?. I am making this clarification because when OKWUTE and GOV OBIANO went to the meeting conveyed by the Bishops last week ,which was the brain child of Obiano  ,He keeps on harping that OKWUTE should restrain me and VAL ,for the Record Val works with Obi but ODERA works with nobody and takes order from nobody .
My order revolves from the best thing for my state .That i love what Okwute did for my state and can stand with him any day and anytime because of that unbelievable feat ,it does not translate that i work for him or that he can make me do what i have to do . My astute love for his great governance will reverse and revert if he compromise  his PERSON,his Passion for Oganiru ndi Igbo and his solid stand in favour of my Dear good state.
My Governor Chief Willie OBIANO and THE ORACLE OF IGBOLAND ,i know both of you met with Bishops and it was agreed that both of you will call for a cease fire ,but i want to tell both of you here and now ,that any of your agreement is not for me ,both of you may KISS and make up ,you may Hug for Camera ,you may even eat lunch and dinner on a GOLDEN DINNING TABLE with GOLDEN PLATE , but that is not my business or will it be later .
First both of you are owing me for the FUND i wasted campaigning ,especially the one wasted on ACCOMODATION AND LOGISTIC for those Months and it was an agreement ,during the campaign it was agreed it will be paid after the election,then after the campaign what happened ? ,both of you are owing me  8 DIGITS  of my personal expense for that campaign ,i won,t charge interest nor will i charge for the DUTIES thence .
The debt is between OBI and OBIANO and i do not care who pays it as long as it is paid ,but even at that ,it is  does not make me part of this Conspiratorial KISS UP ,because i am not party to any agreement that will not guarantee ,sorry let me re-phrase ,anything that will not give the state a FOCUSS LEADERSHIP like we enjoyed during Okwute .We enjoyed a great Governance but a poor human relationship or say spirit of giving one enough ,take the instance of all the SSA from AGULERI under Obiano are driving BRAND NEW LAND CRUISER or PRADO with HILUX PICK UP ,where as those that worked for OBI cannot even afford PICANTO .Those worked for Obi ,none can afford to donate one packet of CABIN biscuit but the current SSA and SA to Obiano always donate million in cash to any place they visit.
That must be the reason why one is prudent in Financial management ,while one is better in spending and after spending ,we will have a “NEAR CASH” . One of my best friend was so angry with me that he called me an IDIOT ,he said i should accept and work for OBIANO ,so that i will change my RICKETY car and as we are in GOVERNMENT OF CONTINUED LOAN TAKING ,that i will be part of those that will benefit from the LOAN ,but with my upbringing ,i will have heart attack to be found in such bad company .
The plea or appeal to me does not exist and does,nt even matter  because i know it is a Fluke ,take for instance ,the Governor that slated a meeting with the Bishops to placate Obi ,is same governor that send 2 pages of MUD singing to FIDES NEWSPAPER on his way to the meeting ,well at the meeting while he was asking for peace ,he have already planted a SCANDAL with FIDES to MALIGN OBI ,good a thing i do not work for OBI nor take ORDERS from him ,yes ,VAL called me again and again and pleaded that i should down tools or at least let me stop TUESDAY REPORT CARD ,well i will honestly say that he wasted my 5 minutes listening to his reason why i should abide with whatever agreement both BIG MEN had with the Bishop . The negotiation is not in favour of good Governance which includes what we will like to be addressed ,such as  ,,,,
[1] ACCOUNTANT GENERAL of the state should come out and tell us what she know about the 75            billion cash and asset and explain in clear Language the NEAR CASH PHRASE .
[2] What is the rational behind the 10 BILLION NAIRA LOAD we took and how it was spent and why did we took Loan without the consent of the House of ashamebly
[3] Why are we pursuing another loan of 50 Billion naira that will be activated this January  ?
[4] That the Bishops and Ndi Igwe can stand on PULPIT and IME OBI and say with hands crossed at the chest that PETER OBI did not sale ADAKA na onu ENWE to us and that things are going well in the state at the general terms .
[5] That my state will not take this 50 BILLION NAIRA because once that is taking also ,it won’t be long before we go for another 150 BILLION .
This is what will provoke my old man and he will shout “unu che na mmadu bu ewu” and i herewith pledge that any peace made between this two without considering the feeling of the state ,any peace made without explaining to us the business of 75 BILLION CASH or NEAR cash , i am not a party to it and onye odiro nma should read my signature which says “truth is our standard ,accept it in good or we shove it down your throat”.
My Response ,both big men can take care of themselves but the poor masses that i am representing ,the poor folks in the state do not have such privilege .
Now my trepidation is that ,it seems that Ex-Gov Obi is no longer the ORACLE i trust all his meticulous planning and reasoning ,will it be that ,since OBIANO is owing him for the Money he OBI borrowed and used in sponsoring Obiano and made him the Governor ,would it be that he think OBIANO is ready to pay him back that loan ? if that is the case ,then i will be disappointed that MY ORACLE is about to fall to the trick of the trade again . Somebody should tell My Oracle that Governor Obiano do not have any money now to pay ,the loan he took is what were used to buy SIR VICTOR UMEH a respite in Appeal Court and any one borrowed now is to buy him a place in the Senate , but very unfortunately this time there won,t be IFEANYI IBEZIM ,DOZIE NWANKWO or NDUKWE that will draw sympathy votes for him. The people he pissed or ripped off in APGA for 10 years will have every reason to pay him back .
For 10 Years Sir Victor Umeh drove everybody away ,including all the heavy weights and that was why in APGA today ,the Governor became  APGA member 2 days after he was giving the Gubernatorial ticket. The Current APGA chairman was made the chairman when he does,nt have any party membership ,but few days after he became the Chairman they smuggled his name into the party register .That is what APGA was reduced to ,even the candidates that ran for elections paid through the nose and still paying ,ask them how much they paid each for TRIBUNAL cases and how much were extort from them under the guise that they will buy them APPEAL court judgement  ,but i digress .
Okwute Ndi igbo should know that this current PEACE move was a LAND MINE laid in advance just to weaken EKWUNIFE and the purpose is only for the Governor to give Umeh the agreement they had about sending him to the Senate no matter the cost .
There is no Love in this cease fire ,the cease fire is political calculation in Favour of Umeh and not in favour of ndi Anambra and that brings me to what my Oracle said when the Press asked him about the AIR DONDITIONED CARS GOV OBIANO BOUGHT FOR THE POLICE ,he said that “It is a good move and good thing” ,i cross checked again and again to know is it was Press Hype but alas my own Okwute said so ,now my worries are intensifying ,maybe that Dibia in NANDO  that made the JUJU which is always hiding inside a TALL RED CAP and which must be on top of head before any meeting ,if the Juju has affected my own Oracle ?
Peter obi I know cannot and will not buy Such Absurdity from JAPAN  ,then spent more than the cost of the car to install Gadgets in the Car . I am sure that Peter Obi would’ve bought SOMETHING that make sense ,such as HILUX where it will be easier for the Police to pursue ROBBERS or KIDNNAPERS and also where it can be easier to exchange Fire with them ,but with a WOUND up WINDOWS and AIR CONDTITION blasting ,i wonder how the Police will be able to pursue even pick pocket .That is ,if they did not remove the names on the cars and it gets missing or used for private RUNS ,if the gadgets where not replaced with outdated quack and if the Tires of the vehicles did not find the way to Mgbuka Obosi along with the engine and better parts of the Cars and replaced with defective ones .
What pained me most is the ALCHOHOL  TESTING DEVICE in the Cars ,,come on how stupid can we get ? if truly they wants to test people for drink ,i am sure that when the CARS entered LODGE that all of them will start showing dangerous sign ,if they cannot dictate the strong presence of Champagne then it means the Gadgets are pure fake ..,,,,how about the Police that will be driving the Cars ? many of them may have drank more than half bottle of akpuru achia and so when they switch on the Device the stink from the breath of the officers will confuse the gadget for real. Meanwhile 90% of Commercial drivers on Nigerian Road are drunk and are we going to exclude the members of the Police from those that sip more than enough every morning ?
In essence that Vehicles with Gadgets are complete waste of resources ,instead to spend such money chasing shadow why not repair all the abandoned HILUX Trucks and make them workable once more ,and it is better for fighting crime ,than this wasteful cars bought to shroud figures and bury Christmas spending .
As it is now ,i won,t be surprise if my own Okwute will also be political correct to say that “OKWABA IKWUBE” [PYRAMID OF THE ANT OR ANT HILL] is a good Job ,when we the masses understand that there is nothing in this world that will make OKWUTE to spent one percent of the amount wasted on the three MONUMENT OF CEMENT to even erect one ,after all the same Okwute paid for the Job done so far from AMANSEA to AMAOBIA EXPRESS and i am good sure that he saw that Junctions and never considered erecting any ANT HILL or MONUMENT OF CEMENT there ,even though he has Government approval to carry out the job .Maybe Val will try also to tell me to take a chill pill that the project is a plus ,let me say it upfront ,i careless how anybody sees it or like it, to me it is absolutely wrong waste, and waste of our meagre resource.
Moving back to UMEH vs OBIRI OHAMADIKE AKA NA ANI ,this time the level playing ground is here ,no more hiding under other candidates and all the candidates Umeh screwed should join IYOM and screw Umeh back but this time ,let’s screw him without CONDOM . He dragged APGA into the ABYSS of Abnormality , as long as it favoured him ,he thinks every other APGA member is an idiot and let nobody tell me that APGA is an IGBO party because the same APGA that  endorsed Jonathan and Form a JJJ COALITION are the same that are negotiating and praising APC to high heaven today and calling GEJ names  ,they now sing praise BUHARI .
This same UMEH that said during the Presidential  campaign when he was romancing and adopting JONATHAN even before he declare interest ,Umeh said that any igbo person that voted for APC is a bastard and he sponsored some Litigation against Buhari ,but now as UMEH is member of AGIP [ANY GOVERNMENT IN POWER]  he’ve switched over to Buhari . Now he is manipulating our Governor from one end to another and come to think of it ,in his home town of AGULU UZOIGBO he is known as OBATA OSU ,when the Candidate he brought out for IGWE failed to win against the EZEKWESIRI ,he made sure that the Governor who is always scared of Umeh did not issue the Certificate to the peoples choice and the Town is in Court . When his candidate for the PG of the town failed  ,he make sure that there won,t be any PG in the town and I can bet anybody that EKWUNIFE will win Umeh in his Town by over 75% .
MOVING ON TO THE IMPRISONMENT AT THE LODGE ;
Sir ,i know it and know it that our wives sometimes they give us HBP just because they wants to flex muscles ,but come what may ,my oldman will say “okwuru adiro akari onye kuru ya” [Okro cannot grow taller than the owner ] .Today Slap, tomorrow LOCKING up of a serving Commissioner in Government Lodge ,as much as i do not have sympathy for the Commissioner who instead to come out with 21 PAGES OF RESIGNATION LETTER and rushing to the PRESS to bare it all ,then hiring an OGBONGE LAWYER LIKE BARRISTER EMEKA UGWUONYE who will give her back her dignity and compensation that worths the imprisonment and humiliation .Instead for her to be hiding in some Hospital and shaking like vegetable leaf ,she should tender her resignation ASAP …So i plead that you cut down some of the privileges that makes the office of the First Lady to be at PAR with the office of the Governor or even more powerful ,after all ndi Nnewi si Edo nwelu Nkwo.
Sir ,i know that there was a time you approved money [1 Million Naira] for PEOPLE LIVING WITH SICKLE CELL IN ANAMBRA STATE ,but as we speak that money is yet to get to the ASSOCIATION ,unless the President of the Association or the Health Minister or conspiracy between the two and they are sitting on the money .I think it will be best if those people are only good for Politics or to be used for Politics ,they should atleast join those with passion and when i say that i have OBIRI OHAMADIKE AKA NA ANI . Why should the Government be making promises to them and knowing fully well that the Government has no intention of helping .When outsiders wants to step in they will say the GOVERNOR WANTS to help us and the question is –WHEN WILL THE HELP COME ? Christmas is at hand they and not even one of those PICTURE BRANDED RICE were giving to them  ,though i heard they will be having end of the year Party on the 19th of December ,they should crawl out from the shadows of “THEY SAID THEY WILL HELP US” ,there are people with good heart that can do that and put smile on their faces and when i say there are, i know that OKWUTE has been doing ,IYOM EKWUNIFE can do better and IFEANYI UBAH of CAPITAL OIL FAME will spring a bigger surprise .
Finally ,i know Okwute is planning to visit the Governor of my state this Month ,that was after the meeting with the Bishops ,as he is planning to visit ,i will be planning with other aggrieved NDI ANAMBRA to make sure that once he stepped into that GOVERNMENT HOUSE that he is going away with what he sold to us and replacing it with WHAT WE BARGAINED FOR or ani amia anyi na ya amia this Christmas ..
THE DEAL IS OKWUTE SHOULD CHANGE THE BAD SALE ,NO LONGER SHALL WE ACCEPT ADAKA NA ONU ENWE and if he visit Government house he should not forget to change or give us the change we VOTED for and with that i am off but on and as for those yearning for my head ,read my lips ,my life is hiding in Christ and to get it ,just kill Christ and you can retrieve my life ,if you cannot do that then join me and praise God for my life ..
