The lawyer for Sambo Dasuki, Ahmed Raji has said that the former National Security Advisor has met the bail conditions but he is still in prison, Leadership reports.
The advocate claimed that Dasuki met all the bail requirements after he was granted bail, but they still require the signature from the judge before he can be released.
It has been reported that Dasuki might spend Christmas in custody if the lawyers cannot get the judge to sign the release forms in time.
