Confusion as Appeal court differs judgment on Ndukwe , Andy Uba Tribunal case

www.odogwublog.com reports exclusively that an Appeal court seating in Enugu today, reserved judgment between Dr Ernest Ndukwe and senator Andy Ubah to undisclosed date to the both parties on a date that will be communicated to the parties in a no distant time.
The three man justices of the appeal court ,who heard the appeal of Dr Ernest Ndukwe and cross appeal of Dr Andy Ubah.

 The court said that the judgment of the both will come together and the ruling on the motion raised by SAN Nnoruka Udechukwu who is asking the court not to hear the cross appeal ,because they don't have jurisdiction to hear the matter, because they failed to serve first  and second respondent notice of appeal. 
After hearing both argument of the parties they reserve judgment to undisclosed date.
