Buhari holds first Presidential media chat today BY 7 Pm, sends Minister of Interior to Anambra state fire disaster scene
President Muhammadu Buhari will host his first Presidential Media Chat today Wednesday, December 30, 2015 by 7 pm.
Just as he dispatched the Minister of Interior to the Gas fire disaster scene at Nnewi , The Interior Minister is expected to pay a courtesy call to Governor Willie Obiano by 5 pm before moving to Nnewi.
In the course of the programme, which will be broadcast live on the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN), President Buhari will answer questions from a panel of journalists on a broad range of current national issues.
A statement by the Special Adviser to the President (Media & Publicity), Mr. Femi Adesina, said the Presidential Media Chat will begin at 7.00pm.
The statement said other television and radio stations in the country may hook-up to NTA and FRCN to relay the programme to their viewers and listeners.
