US President Barack Obama has reacted to the Russian fighter jet shut
down by Turkey at the Syrian border saying Turkey has right to defend
its airspace
Obama made the statement on Tuesday in a meeting with France’s President Francois Hollande to plot next steps against Islamic State.
He also vowed that Americans will not be intimidated by terror attacks as he met
“Americans will not be terrorized,” he said at a White House news conference with the French leader who is seeking global support for a fight against the extremist group that killed 130 people in attacks across Paris November 13.
