OdogwuBlog exclusively reports that a certain Legal Firm based in Abuja called Oak Attorneys, has petitioned the Executive Governor of Anambra State, His Excellency, Dr. Willie Mmaduabuchi Obiano requesting that he present to Ndi Anambra the original handover note compiled and handed over to him by his predecessor, Mr. Peter Obi.
They further requested that he (Dr. Willie Obiano) also present to Ndi Anambra certified true copies of the statement of account of all the bank accounts wherein all the monies belonging to the government and the people of Anambra State were/are lodged.The petition is in pursuant to Section 1,2,3,4 and 7 of the Freedom of Information Act in 2011.
