Another reaction From Obiano's Stakeholders' Meeting of 26th Sept.

                                                     
Reactions have continued to trail from Stakeholders' Meeting held by Anambra state government on the 26th September, 2015.
According to a mail sent to my private box and i quote.
 Obiano Reads:
Teachers’ Welfare – We are not taking the welfare of teachers lightly in Anambra State. In April this year, we sent 23 teachers to Singapore to undergo training in technical and vocational education. It was a remarkable paradigm shift in our overall quest for excellence in our educational sector.

RESPONSE:
(This deal was between Obi and World Bank that sponsored it. As at the time Obi left, he signed a memo that the churches would also get their teachers to be part of it on pro-rata basis. What Willie did was business as usual, because, eventually the Commissioner, Perm Secretary and directors in the Ministry were mostly the ones that undertook the journey. This is not good.)
