About five months ago, Gov Willie M Obiano flagged off a kero scheme tagged WILLIE OIL WORKS with his Picture Embossed on the body of the Tankers , in his speech during the flag off, he promised Anambra that every community in Anambra will be receiving 10,000 litres of kerosene on weekly bases at the cost of #50 per litre.
He further explained that he has concluded all necessary arrangements with NNPC as they are willing to partner with our state. I do not want to quote my oldman who will say "nkwa ekwelu Nwanyi welu dina ya" ,so I rather ask my friends
I dont know if your community have been getting the Willie Kero ?
