Rihanna teases the flesh as she
unveils title and artwork for long-awaited new album
The singer had everyone waiting
for more as she swanned around her bash
wearing a large
satin coat.
More often than not Rihanna likes
her clothing to be as revealing as possible. But
the sexy singer looked like she wanted to tease
her fans a bit when she attended the unveiling
of her new album at the MAMA Gallery in Los
Angeles on Wednesday. The 27-year-old, who's
rumoured to be dating rapper Travis Scott ,
had slipped into a low-cut black gown for the
event.
While it was the type of frock to
flash a whole load of flesh, Rihnna wasn't
going to let it play out that way. Instead she teamed the revealing number with a sizeable satin coat.
What a tease!
As the night went on, Rihanna
allowed the jacket to slip from her shoulders
in an incredibly seductive fashion as she
posed by the artwork. We can only imagine that
the pop star didn't want to overshadow her
album unveiling as she spilled details
throughout the event.
The gown featured a plunging
neckline
The record, which will be her
eighth studio album and her first one since
2012, has been named ANTI. The artwork which accompanies it was completed by Roy Nachum and is a depiction of Rihanna when she was just five-years-old. The artwork by Roy Nachum
The event was attended by several
famous names, including Nick Jonas and Scout
Willis.
However there was no sign of her
rumoured love interest Travis, even though he
did share the album art with his followers on
Instagram. The perfect pins were out
Rihanna recently opened up about
her relationship with Chris Brown and being
assaulted by him.
The Umbrella hitmaker confessed
that she took Chris back after the attack
because she thought she could 'change' him.
She explained: "I was very protective of him. I
felt that people didn’t understand him. Even after… But you know, you realise after
a while that in that situation you’re the enemy. "You want the best for them, but if you remind them of their failures, or if you remind them of bad moments in their life, or even if you say I’m willing to put up with something, they think less of you - because they know you don’t deserve what they’re
going to give. "And if you put up with
it, maybe you are agreeing that you [deserve]
this, and that’s
when I finally had to say, ‘Uh-oh, I was stupid thinking I was built for this.’ Sometimes you just have to walk away."
