Kalu prepares for FIFA President as Bussdor football club reappoints him deputy chairman

For his inspirational leadership and immense con¬tributions to the development of Bussdor Football Club over the years, the management of the Port Har¬court based team has reappointed former Abia State governor and Africa Pillar of Sports, Dr Orji Uzor Kalu as the deputy chairman.
In a statement signed by the president and propri¬etor of Bussdor, Oscar Igbokwe dated October 27, the management said the board, after it’s meeting on October 21 decided to reappoint the business mogul for another tenure. He was first appointed in March 14, 2013.
“This reappointment was necessitated by your sterling leadership qualities demonstrated over the past two years that you were appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the club.
“We appreciate your outstanding contributions to the development of the club and the game of football in Nigeria, Africa and the world over. We therefore wish you God’s continuous protection, strength and the courage to carry out your responsibilities dili¬gently,” the statement read.
