In addition to the amendment of the charges brought against the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, prosecutors have listed three new witnesses to testify in court.
This brings the number of witnesses now, to eight.
The case was adjourned to November 2, 2015, due to the inability of the Judge, to hear the case.
The presiding Judge, Justice Adeniyi Ademola and some other judges of the Federal High Court in Abuja were said to be attending a conference.
A list of the prosecution witnesses, obtained include:
Dahiru Dodo, Musa Duniyo; Ali Gurara, Samuel Ogbu, and Franklyn Usman.
The additional witnesses are: Jamilu Hamusu, M.M. Sani and M. Habib.
