Suspension fear grips Mourinho

•As Mikel gets thumbs up

Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho, has berated British Football Association for rescinding the red card given to Arsenal’s Gabriel in last weekend’s game against his club.
The Chelsea boss however said he wont say anything on Diego Costa’s three- match ban in order not to face suspension himself.
BBC Sports reported that Mourinho who spoke only the “amnesty” granted Gabriel described the decision as a “dangerous precedent” that would make retaliation in football an action that is allowed.
Hear him: “Now we know that retaliation is allowed. No problem, you can do it.

On Costa, if I bring feelings into the discussion, a big suspension will be waiting for me and I don’t want that. The team lost an important player for three matches and I don’t think they need to lose their manager.”
Defender Gabriel was sent off for kicking Diego Costa in Chelsea’s 2-0 Premier League win at Stamford Bridge.
Costa was banned for violent conduct for the incident with Laurent Koscielny which led to Gabriel’s sending-off.
Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger said the decision to suspend Costa repaired only “5percent of the damage” of his side’s defeat at Stamford Bridge.
Meanwhile, Mourinho has voiced his satisfaction with Mikel Obi’s midfield display in Wednesday’s 4-1 Capital One Cup victory over Walsall at the Bescot Stadium.
Goals from Ramires, Loic Remy, Kenedy and Pedro helped the Blues advance into the fourth round of the League Cup but were tested against Dean Smith’s side.
The Super Eagles’ star was deployed in a three-man midfield alongside Ramires and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
James O’Connor though got a goal for the hosts, the Roman Army boss was pleased to see his men never lost focus in middle.
“We brought a good solid defence and the midfield was really good. Mikel and Ramires played amazingly well,” Mourinho told Westlondonsport.

Cameroon name squad for Eagles
Cameroon coach Volker Finke has named a full-strength squad for their friendly against Nigeria in Belgium on 11 October 2015.
The match will serve as preparation for the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, with both sides launching their international campaign in November.
The Indomitable Lions will face Somalia or Niger while the Super Eagles will battle Djibouti or Swaziland.
Finke kept faith with the vast majority of his stars for their meeting with the West African giants, including experienced pair of centre-backs Nicolas Nkoulou and Aurélien Chedjou, in-form versatile defender Joël Matip, hard-working midfield duo Eyong Enoh and Stéphane M’Bia, pacey wingers Clinton N’Jie and Benjamin Moukandjo and deadly frontman Vincent Aboubakar.
However, the German manager also decided to hand a maiden Lions call-up to Dinamo Bucarest full-back Collins Fai and KV Ostende midfielder Sébastien Siani.
The game will be played at Stade Van Roy in Denderleeuw.
