President Buhari’s Ministerial list leaked

Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari’s ministerial list has been leaked. Buhari gave September 30th as the official deadline for the release of the Ministerial list.
 The list has been leaked to the press and below is the unofficial list already leaked out. This is more of a speculation since it is not officially validated by the Presidency
