FORMER Super Eagles forward, Victor Agali has told new Eagles manager, Sunday Oliseh to rely more on the young stars in the team as he continues to rebuild the national team.
Agali who hailed the call up of Arsenal’s Alex Iwobi for the October international friendlies against Congo and Cameroon in Belgium said Oliseh must inject new blood into the Eagles rather than banking on the older players.
Agali told Daily Sunsports exclusively that Oliseh must manage the ego of the older players in the national team and change their orientation to achieve success.
Oliseh, still in the process of trying to rebuild the Eagles had invited some fresh legs , the recent one being the invitation of Arsenal youngster, Alex Iwobi to the team.
The former Schalke 04 star warned that over bloated ego in some of the older players needs to be checked and nipped in the bud.
“It is our national team and the younger players deserve a place in it especially if they are doing well at their club sides.
