Enugu State House of Assembly Joint Committee on Commerce and Industry, Economic Development and Judiciary, would hold public hearing on Enugu State Investment and Human Development Authority and Other Matters Related Thereto Bill.
This was announced on the floor of the House by the deputy speaker of the House, Hon. Donatus Uzogbado. He urged members of the public to avail themselves the opportunity of participating in the debate.
Hon. Uzogbado, who presided over the proceeding said the public hearing would take place at the Main Chamber of the Assembly Complex, Independence Layout.
He urged prospective participants who may wish to make imput to the Bill to submit their written contributions at Room 10 of the Assembly Complex for further legislative attention.
Already, the Bill has passed first and second reading at a plenary sesseion on the floor of the House.
The Bill when passed into law and accented to by the governor would not only create an enabling environment but would also encourage investors to invest in the state.
