Confusion in College of Agriculture Mgbakwu where 125 youths train on Poultry, Fishery and Piggery

www.odogwublog.com reports that the 125 Anambra youths quartered at Anambra state College of Agriculture for 2 months training are complaining over their stipend of N5,000 every two weeks.
They complained that there is no way the SSA on Agriculture should drill a borehole in Mgbakwu with N26 Million naira yet the college is lacking waters and fishes are dying every day and they are not properly taken care of.
‘’I am a beneficiary and I am happy but I am saying if the SSA on Agric should drill a water borehole that is not functional for N26 Million, why would we be given N5,000 every two weeks instead of every week. I don’t know what the working Governor, Chief Willie Obiano approved for us but I am sure there is so many fraudulent moves against the intentions of the Governor by that Enugu state man. He is using his relationship to intimidate everybody and drawing the agriculture initiatives of the Obiano administration backward.
‘’I am not sure he know what he is doing , if not why should in Mgbakwu here , somebody should use N26 million to drill a borehole , not reticulated. The pigs and the poultry are not left out but fishes die everyday because if the gen is not functional, the battery is spoilt when N26 Million is involved?
Obiano should investigate what is happening in his Agric committee before it is too late  …………………………….details later
