Breaking News:Obiano appoints Harry Uduh as New Head of Service (HOS)

At last www.odogwublog.com reports that Governor Willie Obiano has replaced the outgoing Head Of Service, HOS, Chidi Ezeoke with Harry Uduh, a permanent secretary in the office of the HOS as the new HOS.
Harry is from Amawbia or lives in Amawbia and is cool headed not capable of raising a probe panel for his former boss.
Ordinarily he is not the most senior , as Mr Ogbaji is the most senior Permanent Secretary while all anticipations went to Oby Nwankwo of Women Affairs Permanent Sec as Ezeoke’s replacement ………………..
