Updated: Trailer damages man penis, scrotum as 50 others escape death

www.odogwublog.com reports that two persons were injured and 3 houses demolished when a trailer belonging to Dangote Group crashed into no fewer than 50 persons who escaped death by the whiskers in Alor community,  Idemmili Local Government Area of Anambra State.
There trailer has no plate number but it has OBJ1C.023 written on the driver’s door. But for the traders taking to their heels to escape been killed having noticed the trailer was running without control, it would have been a disaster, an eye witness said.
The incident happened when the trailer was descending a little slop and lost its control.
The fully loaded trailer was conveying cement when it lost its breaks and rammed into Nkwo Alor market, this morning but God saved the traders especially market women.
The two driver’s assistants were injured. One of the two injured persons had his penis and scrotum badly injured and the other had his legs crushed.
 They had been rushed to the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching hospital (NAUTH) for immediate medical attention.
Traders and the market women were discussing the ill fated Trailer but with gratitude to God for saving the calamity especially for saving the owners of the 3 shops destroyed by the trailer who had not opened for commercial activities before the incident.
Another eye witness, Abuchi Okwara, told newsmen that the driver disappeared.
 State Commandant, Federal Road Safety Corps, Mr Sunday Ajayi said that he was not aware of the matter but will send his men to the accident scene to take the necessary actions.
