Tears in Umuchu community as truck smash two Dead in Road Mishap

www.odogwublog.com reports that no fewer than two persons were feared dead on Friday, August 7 in a fatal accident involving heavy truck and a commercial cyclist, popularly known as Okada along Umuch/Umunze road by Osete Village, Umuchu in Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra state.

The commercial cyclist, Sunday Ude and his passenger Ogo Chukwuani had a head on coalition with the Heavy Duty Tipper lorry  while going to Oye Uga market from Ibrughbu Umuchu when the unfortunate incident occurred.
The remains of the deceased had been deposited in Visitation hospital morgue, Umuchu by the Umuchu Police traffic personnel.

According to an eye witness who pledged anonymity, the commercial cyclist, Sunday, 22, was on high speed when the Tipper driver vie off his lane and crushed the Okada operator and his passenger, Ogo, 13, who is a native of Umuchu.
As at the time of filling this report, the Tipper lorry driver was at the Umuchu Central police Station while the tipper lorry was still at the scene of the incident.
