Suspected gunman in Virginia TV shooting identified, he posted videos of the shooting on twitter

Vester Lee Flanagan, a former reporter with WDBJ7 TV, who was known on air as Bryce Williams, is suspected to have carried out the killing of TV journalist Alison Parker, 24, and Photojournalist Adam Ward during a live TV interview earlier today. Flanagan is said to be a disgruntled worker of the TV station. Hours after the shooting, he tweeted that Adam had reported him to HR and they replaced him with a female. He also claimed that Alison had made racist comments to him.  He's not been captured yet. See his tweets and the video he posted on FB after the cut...
