Shocker: Obiano rejects sponsoring of Pilgrims to Jerusalem and Rome

www.odogwublog.com reports that Governor Willie Obiano has turned down the sponsorship of pilgrims this year following cash crunch in the state.
This was a blow as many preparing to go to Jerusalem or Rome this year had their hopes dashed.
Obiano told the Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Pilgrims Commission  John Kennedy Okpara that the state could not sponsor the pilgrims against the sponsorship of over 7, 000 pilgrims last year.
Obiano informed that economy is bad and would not be resolved in the next 6 months as the only thing sustaining Anambra is the ingenuity of his government ................he assured when things are better the sponsorship would continue
