Pictures of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) ``Operation Scorpion’’ phase 2, which was kicked-off in Onitsha, Anambra on Thursday.

``FRSC Operation Scorpion’’ is primarily meant to make lorry, truck and trailer drivers comply to road rules and regulation.
