Obiano recognizes Ezeemo foundation, asks Deputy Governor to issue certificate

www.odogwublog.com reports that Obiano Governor Willie Obiano yesterday presented certificates of recognition to Charity Ezeemo Trust Foundation and Isi-Achina Progressive Youths in Awka, Anambra State .
Charity Ezeemo Trust Foundation has been the pillar for so many widows and poor people as well as motherless homes. It is into a lot of good things beneficial to the society in the vision of the founder, Mr Godwin Ezeemo, publisher of Orient Daily Newspaper and PPA Leader in Anambra state. 
Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra state, yesterday, reiterated his administration’s commitment to the empowerment, support and consideration of youth-friendly programmes in the state.

Obiano represented by the Deputy Governor, Dr Nkem Okeke, commended the youth in the state for striving to make meaningful contributions to the society.

He said that his administration would provide the enabling environment for them to contribute to the state’s socioeconomic development and added that his administration was also working to make the youth self-reliant and employers of labour.

``This administration is working hard to achieve the four cardinal points of industrialization, agriculture, trade and commerce and oil and gas.

``All these are meant to create better livelihood for the youth in the nearest future and make them real agents of change.

``We are also putting in place quality education, value reorientation, skills acquisition, leadership training and talent development through sporting activities”.

Earlier, Chief Tony Nnacheta, the Commissioner for Youths and Sports, said that Anambra youths had been exposed to various national and international competitions.

He said that Anambra had no cases of youth restiveness but youth challenges.
