www.odogwublog.com reports exclusively that the tussle in the Anambra South senatorial zone for the seat of senate continues as the All Progressives Ground Alliance (APGA) candidate in the last election, Dr Ernest Ndukwe mounted the duck today to defend his petition against Dr Andy Ubah of  PDP, Independent National Electoral commission and the returning officer in the said election in the zone.

The partition is before Justice Aganaba led tribunal 1 Awka. Dr Ndukwe was the last witness in his petition. He answered questions from council to Dr Andy Ubah (Mr Arthur Obi Okafor SAN) and council to INEC, Mr Nodum SAN during cross examination.

Ndukwe who was former NCC Boss was asked whether he voted on the day of the election, he said he did not because INEC failed to transfer his voter's card which he requested as required by law.
When he was asked which of the results he is requesting the tribunal to declare him winner, Ndukwe said he heavily depend on the duplicate originals of pulling unit customized result of form  EC8A1 results handed over to him by his agents   and some part of results certified to him by INEC. He further said that elections are won in the pulling units and no other place.

He was further asked whether if he was the one that computed the chart in his petition, which he is urging the tribunal to use to declare him winner, and whether the chart is correct.

He said he prepared the chart with his team and he was much involved in the preparation of the chart and his chart was correct, although adding ‘’I don't know how INEC who scored me about seventy something thousand votes, now made a u turn to score me ninety something thousand votes in their reply to my petition to this Hon tribunal claiming they made mistakes during calculation’’, Ndukwe said.
Ndukwe urged the tribunal to declare him winner based on the customized INEC result of form EC8A1 which is the original result sheet printed for the election and discard all the voting points results and known customized results whether in favour of him or against because it is fake and where all the fraud in the election were committed. He also drew the attention of the tribunal in some areas were  election did not take place like Uli ward which he stated in his petition.

The court Finally fixed September  7,8 and 9 for continuation of hearing and it is expected that the first respondent (Dr Andy Ubah )  will open his defense, first on the 7th September.
