The youths of Afikpo and its environs are staging a massive protest over
the total blackout and neglect by the Enugu Electricity Distribution
Company, EEDC for over a year now. An honorable member of Ebonyi House,
HON Maria-Ude Nwachi(Afikpo Chick) has tried severally with her personal
money to fix the light issue, but seems like EEDC are not co-operating.
