A Lagos based Lawyer has sued President Buhari over what he says is the President’s inability to ensure steady supply of fuel.

Mr. Kabir Akingbolu said his reason for suing the President is because the incessant scarcity and increase in the pump price of fuel is discomforting, and may lead to breach of peace.

He also wants the court to ascertain, whether President Buhari’s inability to deal with the persistent fuel scarcity amounts to a breach of the oath of office which he took on May 29th, 2015.
