How Anambra Civil Service Commission celebrated Obiano

                                                        

Anambra state  Civil service commission ,Thursday, celebrated Governor Wilie Obiano's 60th Birthday in grand style.

 The occasion which  was headed by the chairman, Civil Service Commission,  Mrs Ngozi Melifonwu, with members of the Commission was a double barrel one, because the commission was celebrating Governor Obiano’s 60th birthday as well as launching of the 14 seater bus, that was recently approved for them by the Governor .

Speaking during the occasion,Melifonwu said that  the decision  to celebrate the governor in a different way other than just sending a goodwill message to the media was born out of the fact that the commission is a different establishment and has found favor with the governor, which led  to approve a bus, Money for maintenance of the old vehicles, provision of computers and rebuilding of  thecommission’s fallen fence.

She praised the governor for being a man of the people and always giving a listening ear to the cry of the people, especially the civil servants, while wishing the governor a happy Birthday and many more years of more achievement.

 Also speaking, some of the staff of the commission expressed their joy and happiness and thanked the governor for this gesture while praying God to Bless him more.

Highlights of the occasion was the cutting of "Willie is 60" birthday cake and unveiling of the new 14 Seater bus amidst joyful songs by the chairman, members and staff of the commission.
