Anambra kingship tussle: Amanuke Community exonorates Obiano

www.odogwublog.com reports that the Amanuke community , Awka North local government area, Anambra State has debunked the allegation that Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State supported Alphonsus Ezebuilo  or Dennis Ezebuilo in the race for the  Igwe of Amanuke.
Mr Adewale Aderele, counsel to the traditional ruler elect Dennis Ezebuilo, said this in a statement in Abuja.
He said that of the two contenders for the kingship, his client emerged as the only candidate having passed through screening.
Aderele said that there was no tension in the community on the tussle a clear winner emerged after screening by the community elders.
According to him, Dennis Ezebuilo had the backing of Obiano contrary to media reports designed to deceive unsuspecting members of the public.
www.odogwublog.com had reported that after Dennis Ezebuilo emerged by the community process that Obiano’s aide on security Chikodi Anara installed another Alphonsus Ezebuilo who did not contest with Dennis as Anara contested with Dennis.
But since it has been denied by the key actors, time would tell.
