Airtel tell me who used the Youtube.com

www.odogwublog.com got grounded this morning and nothing could be done after patronizing Airtel early morning and after an hour a data plan bundle that suppose to last for 30 days depending on our usage lasted for one hour plus.
Our staff got to Airtel customer care and after speaking with four of them at intervals, Tina confirmed we loaded the bundle as we claimed against the doubts from the initial desk officers.
But the verdict of the Airtel Nigeria whose parent company is Bharti Airtel Limited, an Indian multinational telecommunications services company headquartered in New Delhi, India was damning, ‘’hat we watched Youtube’’.
The question is now who watched the Youtube? Our Chairman was the only one awake at the time of the report and was working when the data suddenly stopped after we had loaded bundle on 11th of August for one month but not suspecting anything ordered Nchekwube that night to load another bundle with card 2388605355997236, 2816834984791820, 2538314196645253.

Airtel network did this in the past but we never paid attention and we are using this medium to aske them authorities of Airtel to be cautious of what goes on as some customers may have been hurt at unnecessary deductions. The company should also pay us back these illegal deductions as we our chairman never watched any Youtube and Google blogger recorded he was on alone at the time of incidence hence it would be seen as extortion ................rather than thanking us for the high patronage in all our network, we are ripped off with clumsy excuse that we watched Youtube, who watched and what movie?
