PPA Anambra State Executive Council visits 21 local governments, lauds Ezeemo

government election coming up this December,  the Anambra State Executive Council of Peoples Progressive Alliance PPA have embarked on a state wide familiarization tour of the 21 Local Government Areas of the state.

The tour which was undertaken with a view to assessed structures of the party, reconciling member in each wards, location and payment of the party offices, and mobilization in readiness for the crucial local government election.

Addressing the party members in different local government and wards so far visited, the state Chairman of the Peoples Progressive Alliance PPA , Mr. Mathais Ameke urged the leadership of the various wards and local government executives of the party to be focused and remain intact at all times as well as be people oriented in their dealings , so as to renew the popularity of the part at the grassroots.

The PPA state boss and his team have visited Njikoka, Awka , Oyi , North, Nnewi North and Ekwusigo which has accorded him an opportunity to interact with party faithful, where he noticed the absence of the wards structures in some council areas. 

He described PPA as a party with the interest of the people of Anambra state, as well as the disciplined party where members have understanding and abide by the law established the party.

According to him, the Registration of members of the party is ongoing in each 21 local government area of the state . He also advised the executive leaders of the party to embrace the constitution of PPA in all they do.

Mr. Ameke also commended the PPA leader in the state Mr Godwin Chukwunenye Ezeemo for his efforts, steadfast and humanitarian works in the society and urged him not to relent and prayed for his upliftment. 

The PPA boss also expressed dismay over the increase of corruption in the country and stressed the need for everybody to contribute their quota in the progress of the party and country at large. 

He called on the people of the state to come and identify with PPA in honesty and obedience as there is a good package after labour. 

The speeches made by local government chairman of those wards so far visited during their closing remarks, assured that building the good structures in all wards in 21 local government has commenced.

Large turnout of the party faithful in various local government wards added glamour to the tour.
