Breaking News: Tension in Anambra Community, Amanuke as Two Monarchs emerge , one by Governor Obiano’s SA on Security and another by community

www.odogwublog.com  reports exclusively that confusion and tension is the mood in Amanuke community Awka North local government area following the emergence of two Traditional rulers , one endorsed by the Community leaders, elders, youths and women and another endorsed by Governor Willie Obiano and his aides.
But for the grace of God, heads would have rolled Tuesday in Amanuke, when youths, elders and women protested what they tagged Government of Governor Willie Obiano’s insensitivity to their plight.
The protest started by 11 am and ended by 5 pm chanting solidarity songs for their elected traditional leader, Igwe Dennis Ezebuilo, Ogbodudu II of Amanuke against the government sponsored monarch Alphonsus Ezebuilo installed by force using brute force of vigilante squad of the state government led by Governor’s SA on security, Chikodili Anara known as Igbakigba.

 www.odogwublog.com reports further that the Obiano’s SA Chikodili Anara contested the throne with HRH Igwe Dennis Ezebuilo in their kindred Enuagu and Ezebuilo defeated him landslide and was enthroned as the choice of  Enuagu village for the throne of Igwe Amanuke and the people accepted him.
But Anara relapsed and rejected the election that threw Ezebuilo up against all entreaties. But before he rejected that Ezebuilo was recognized in the local government and was about receiving his certificate of office allegedly when Anara was appointed SA to Obiano on security after working as secretary of Inauguration committee of Obiano.
That stalled the recognition of  Ezebuilo despite all entreaties by Ezebuilo and his friends but it appears there was a conspiracy by the elites as they kept quite allowing elders only to be voicing out and protesting from time to time against the injustice especially when Amanuke had no traditional ruler in over 30 years. 
Then to ensure HRH Igwe Dennis Ezebuilo never ascend that throne , Anara and others allegedly brought his Cousin Alphonsus Ezebuilo and crowned him on Monday with the presence of Awka North local government chairman Chief Cosmos Okonkwo and his counselors with the alleged approval of the Governor Willie Obiano since his SA was involved amidst protest by villagers.

www.odogwublog.com insists that the Community crowned monarch Igwe Dennis Ezebuilo was speechless at the disrespect of the wishes of the community by the group and prevailed on the protesters to avoid destroying anything in the community as he believes the Governor Willie Obiano would intervene and save the community from being ridiculed even as he appealed for calm.
Efforts to get at either Ezebuilo Dennis or Ezebuilo Alphonsus as well as Anara Chikodi proved abortive as at press time.
