4 things you can learn from your sweat

Sweat
Perspiration is often regarded as a bad thing, something that most people try to avoid by trying to make it
stink less, trying to stop it altogether during important events, but it is actually the body's built-in cooling system.

According to prevention, sweating evaporates and cools you when your body temperature rises.

So, sweat is actually a good thing, and a way for the body to pass some information, this series of information include;

    Hypoglycemia or low blood sugar- If your blood sugar is lower than 70 or 100 milligrams per deciliter, your body will let you know by producing excess sweat. When this happens you can you can bring your blood sugar back up to normal by eating or drinking something.

    Stress- Your body might be telling you that you are stressed by producing lots of sweat in your armpits. This is because when we're stressed, sweat is produced by apocrine glands, which are found only in certain areas like the armpits.

    Pregnancy or menopause- Your body will let you know if you are pregnant or hitting menopause by feeling sweatier than usual. Pregnancy or menopause is a hormonal change and this messes with the brain, thereby causing it to think you are overheating, and triggering the naturally cooling sweat response.

    Heatstroke- While sweating is good, not sweating is not as prevents your body from naturally cooling off. Your body might be telling you that you are suffering from heatstroke by not producing enough sweat. If this happens, move to a shady or air-conditioned space and have something cool to drink (without caffeine or alcohol). If you don't start to feel better quickly, call for emergency medical attention.
