Obiano fulfills his promise to Dr Foster Ihejiofor , Gives Ogbunka commissioner

www.odogwublog.com reports that Governor Willie Obiano has fulfilled the promise he gave to the
Billionaire Businessman/CEO Grafil medical laboratories worldwide and USA based medical expert, Dr Foster Ihejiofor to partner with him after Ihejiofor built and handed over a medical complex at Ogbaru to Anambra government.
On that note Obiano appointed Ihejiofor’s candidate  the new Hon. Commissioner for Housing & Urban Development of Anambra State, Engr. Frankson Offor . He is from Ogbunka in Orumba South LGA of Anambra State. He had a reception by his people at Umunobe village, Ogbunka to the central hall of Ogbunka (Civic Hall).
 President General Ogbunka Development Union, Barr Steve Ibebuike handed over to Dr Foster Ihejiofor (Chairman of the Occasion) for final presentation to the Hon Commissioner a cow as mark of honour for the reception.
They prayed for the Commissioner and the Governor, His Excellency Chief Dr Willie M Obiano for remembering Ogbunka community and the entire Orumba North and South local government areas.
Ogbunka Community promised to continue to support the governor and the commissioner throughout their administration.
After meeting with Ogbunka people at Ogbunka Civic Hall Engr Offor moved to Orumba South Local Government Headquarters, Umunze to meet with the Chairman of the LGA and all the Presidents-General of all Communities in Orumba.
From there he moved again to meet with the Traditional Rulers of Orumba South to receive their blessing.
