Governor Peter Obi , it is frustrating the administration of Governor Willie Obiano now.
The corruption ration when Obi came in by some civil servants were almost 75 percent allegedly hence some policies that frustrated some corrupt minded civil servants by the then administration though not the best like direct dispensing of money to civil servants like officials and heads of schools but it saved him some trouble.
He reduced the ratio to about 45 percent but now under Obiano, the ratio has increased again to 75 percent if not more in the Civil service under Chidi Ezeoke, MNI as Head of Service (HOS). Ezeoke is due for retirement about September this year or August depending on the calculation. The civil service under his watch stinks.
Ezeoke is not a media friendly Head of Service based on antecedents and believed he was doing his best but things are really going from bad to worse every day.  The corruption, the clannish employment and the frustrating of efforts of political class is suffocating, so we learnt.

All the ministries without exception based on some documents available to our undercover reporter, already duplicated for study shows that, if care is not taken the Obiano administration would be sabotaged soon.

And because the civil service is dying which even made the former HOS , Lady Ifeoma Melifeonwu to lament recently on what she is seeing now in the service as Chairman of Civil Service Commission  is embarrassing even though it started during her time. She even supervised one clannish and bigotry recruitment to our judgment and we said so then.
Without going deep to mention the decay yet, www.odogwublog.com calls on the HOS Ezeoke to sit up and up the tempo to revive the spirit of civil service based on equity and justice to stop the clannish recruitment going on now even without advertisement like in the Ministry of Health where Ebola fund was embezzled in collaboration with some officials of the Ministry of Education and principals of schools. The money ran into millions. The recriutment is in all the ministries.
At the Teaching Hospital advertised and later did not do anything with it yet 15 people have been employed secretly.
This is unfair and unjust based on the ugly news that 107 people are already casual staff in the hospital upwards of 6 years yet the Chief Medical Director of the Hospital and former Commissioner for Health , Dr Ikeakor not employing them. The casuals are paid N6,000 a month before it was increased to N10,000 and we cry of their attitude to work.
There is no recourse to spread in Anambra civil service as some local government areas or communities have nobody in government while one family has it all. For instance , if in Amaku General hospital we have only two staff from Awka North comprising of 10 communities and in the capital territory and only a community in Orumba North has almost a department, what is that called?
The same story goes from Sports to Science to works to Utilities and other ministries and parastatals but we are calling on the Civil service managers to stop frustrating the system and do the needful so that blames could go to the Governor and his team if he fails. As a witness most of the failings of Obi administrations came from the frustrating attitudes of the civil service and Obiano is being held at the Jugular now unknown to him or maybe he knows yet they would be the first to release the information informing www.odogwublog.com how Obiano is now recruiting everybody in his Omambala region to fill all gaps in civil service. Assuming but not adopting that Obiano did ask the HOS or anybody at that to hire 10 people for him as the Governor of Anambra state, was that why the same office should hire 50 and blame it too on Obiano who have instruction for 10?
And rather than information managers of the government, look in that direction to unveil some inside happenings in government or request for assistance with information that would assist them perform better, they would go to town with propaganda against the CEO of Odogwu Media limited.
But we dare say ,if the state government has not ordered for probe of the Ebola fund it released to secondary schools and primary schools in the state during Ebola saga as well as the coordinating ministries , this is the time to do it and unravel the mystery surrounding the disappearance of the money approved by Obiano for that Ebola war................................................................................let us not mention names of those involved across board and the amount embezzled for now................................
The same probe should be ordered by Obiano on the NEEM Fertilizer project which has been frustrated by civil service? The Head of Service should set up many probe panels for all the special projects in the state including those carried out by SEMA and all these erosion projects currently running ............................He should order for accounting of the security vote from those managing it at least for his knowledge as the weekly N......Million is no longer been justified............
