SOUTHERN NIGERIA PEOPLES MANDATE (SNPM)  WELCOMES PLAN BY  THE PRESIDENT ELECT OGBUAGU MUHAMMADU OKECHUKWU BUHARI TO PROBE 20 BILLION DOLLARS STOLEN BY NNPC UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF GOODLUCK JONATHAN, WE ALSO CALL ON THE PRESIDENT ELECT TO STOP ATROCITIES BEEN COMMITTED BY SECURITY AGENT ON THE FEDERAL HIGH WAYS AND OTHER PLACES.

The southern Nigeria People mandate (SNPM) wishes to commend the President elect Ogbuagu Muhammed Okechukwu Buahri for the  Zeal to probe the 20 Billion dollars that was stolen by the NNPC board under President Goodluck Jonathan administration, when he take Oath of office come may 29 2015. We will like to call on the incoming administration to also probe other sectors of the Economy because over 30 trillion was either mismanaged  or stolen for the past Five years as stated by Prof. Chukwuma Soludo the Former Gov. Central Bank Nigeria (CBN) but people, do not pay attention to it because the saw everything concerning Jonathan administration as scared cow because  the thought that the man will remain in power forever. Today the tune of Music has changed, and Mr. President himself Jonathan a week ago out of fustration  and anger for losing 2015 Presidential  election has order his  campaign management team  and PDP to refund the money that was not spent during his campaign, from the 2 trillion naira budget for his Re-election while majority of Nigerian’s cannot afford three square  meal a day and this Government wasted this huge amount that supposed to be channeled to development of this country. That’s why the incoming Government must proved every economic genocide committed by the out going administration of Jonathan because the Government was the most corrupt in the world. This is a president who told the  world that corruption is not stealing during his media chat after the postponement of February 14-2015 General Election, that is why the do not repair our old refineries so that the will continue to steal our money in the name of so called fuel subsidy which does not exit because the Government claimed that the spent over seven hundred Billion naira yearly on so called subsidy that means 3.5 Trillion was been spent for past five years while 2012 the OPEC was saying that 200 Billion Naira will built a Refineries that will refine six hundred thousand barrel’s of crude Oil a day yet the administration of president Jonathan paid deaf  ear to it because if he construct  new three Refineries as he promised in 2010 there will no  chance for the administration to steals money  as they are doing even less than one month to hand over to the new Government they are recruiting people in to different agencies of Government which he has not done for the past five years he was in office we wish to remind President Jonathan that Nigeria is not  his private company that he will run the way he like, let his Govt. knows that this is transition period his major duty now is to compile all document  and stewardship of his bad Governance  which does not bring any impact on the live of averages Nigeria who goes to bed on an empty stomach everyday and instead of Jonathan apolozing to the suffering masses of this country he was busy given his devilish Government credit in a country where unemployment are on daily increase, infrastructure decay no light, no water, no Security of life and property and other’s.

Today in Nigeria it is not crime to see Government Security agency like Police, Military and parliamentary collecting money on the Federal high way from trader’s and motorist those who refused to give them money will be beaten or the goods seized by the Nigeria  Custom in the name of country banded simple because they refuse to give money to this agency we are going to mention, they are Police, Solider, NDLEA and Custom Custom. For Avoidance of doubt we will mention few routes where this crime is been committed with impurity on daily  basing  from lagos to Benin there is six police and custom check point they are called settlement point .Agbor to Asaba  there is  two custom settlement point and Onitsha-Awka-Enugu .There  are four custom settlement point. Ewu junction Edo state this is  major  custom settlement point for  luxuries bus and big lorries convey Goods from the  East to  north west and north central part of Nigeria .The custom  men operating in Edo state Benin  and.Ewu junction uses abandon  filling station as office  where the senior officer’s  stay while the junior ones stand on the road doing  their  criminal business , while those  in Delta, Anambra and Enugu state stayed on the Hilux pickup van  parked by the road side. While in Cross Rivers there is over 20 settlement point by CUSTOM, NDLEA, ARMY,POLICE, and  JTF, Their routes are itdigi the home town of the current Cross Rivers state governor senator Liyel Imoke, Ugep, ikom, Ogoja ,Akampa-Calabar road, Odupami  junction and other places this  crime is been committed because this agencies has the backing of Mr president Good luck Jonathan

Today in Nigeria, it is no longer news that goods imported the duty  duly  paid at the point  of entry will be seized by the group which goes under the name Federal custom. This group operate in all the five state of South East the office is located in Owerri and is called Federal Custom zone, C , lead by senior custom officer called Dimka, the minimum amount  they collect is hundred thousand naira, to two million naira depending  on the seize of the vehicle that is convey the cargo and traders who cannot afford to pay this outgaerous amount will have  their goods  seized.

SNPM, hereby demand that the president elect will make it a priority in tackling this mess created by the most corrupt ruler in the world President Goodluck Jonathan.

We also demand that this  security agency been sent on the high way shall be monitored to make sure that they are doing their  primary duty of security of life  and property and not collecting  money from trader ‘s  who does their  legitimate business.

The New Government must sent NDELEA to check mate hard drugs like Indian hemp  been consumed by the youth in every nook  and street  around  this country and other  crimes their mandate to do and not extion

The custom should stop intimidating trader’s from any part of Nigeria who are doing their legal business and this custom men shall be  send  to seaport, land boarder and Airport not on the high way where they are intimidating trader;s .
