N40m bursary ready for Lagos 198 Law, Maritime students

The Lagos State Government on Friday approved the payment of bursary awards to 198 indigenous
students at the Nigerian Law School and the Maritime Academy, Oron, Akwa Ibom.
A statement by the Director, Lagos State Scholarship Board, Mrs. Yetunde Jegede, gave the figure of the beneficiaries and the amount involved in Lagos.
Jegede said 192 Nigerian Law School students and six Maritime Academy, Oron, would receive N200,000 each.
She urged the beneficiaries to come to the board’s office for documentation and to collect their award.
