He recalled that his first reprisal attack by the DPO was to send eight policemen to his house at midnight on 23 November 2014 who beat his family members to coma.

His words: “Because the door was locked, one of them jumped the fence and forced the door open for others to come in and they ransacked the entire place, beat my wife and children to coma, over N530,700 was stolen that night by the policemen without uniform.

‘’My daughter’s leg and that of my son, Eloka, young graduates seeking for job were badly injured, even my wife was seriously beaten, all were dragged to the police station.

“God was so kind I didn’t know how I escaped, beating them at the age of 70. If not I would have been dead by now because they came for my head, it was a transferred aggression on my family members”, he further disclosed.

“Now they have intensified man hunt for my head because of the petitions I sent to the said authorities and even to President Goodluck Jonathan”.

He commended President Jonathan for his uprightness adding, “his name is now written in gold as one of the heroes of world leaders”.

The activist expressed satisfaction that the incoming-president-elect, General Mohammadu Buhari, (rtd.) is a no nonsense man who fought corruption during his regime as head of state.
