all, I was special adviser MDGs only, when she left I joined the Willie
Obiano's government, I resolved in my heart to help out for six months, but

Barrister Ma, could you tell us why
you voluntarily resigned from Governor Willie Obiano's Cabinet, after it was
rumoured that they threatened to sack you before you quickly tender your
resignation, kindly use this medium to tell the world what really happened.?
No! no!! no!!!, there was nothing
like that, I on my own volition resigned my appointment as the Senors Special
Assistance to the Governor on MGDs on health ground, strictly on health ground,
against what they rumoured about my exit from the governor;s cabinet.
Are you now telling us that your
predecessor, Professor Stella Okunna, who at the time doubled as the Chief of
Staff to the former governor and Commissioner for Economic Planing and MGDs, ,
how come you could not cope with the task?
No, I was not taking her place
at all, I was special adviser on MDGs only, when she left I joined the Willie
Obiano's government, I resolved in my heart to help out for six months
but I was really down heath wise, but I said to myself that I will do it
for my state and after six months I had to go, I would not disclose to you what
the health reason then was.
Can we just remind you that in some
quarter,it was reported the reason why you tender resignation letter was that
you were among those been penciled down for sack in the Governor Willie
Obiano's Cabinet?
As anybody been sacked.?, lets even
start from there.
I think we have, the most recent was
the sack of the Special Adviser to Governor Willie Obiano on Political Matter,
Barrister Joe-Martin Uzodike?
I think there were steps before he
was relieved of his appointment, if there was any sack. I was not in the
country then for the same health reason, so if there was anything like
that, something happened before they got to that, it was not a general thing,
some people are still there, a lot of them.
Can you quickly access the present
MDGs office in Anamrba state, what it was under former Governor Peter Obi when
you were in charge and now?
Right now I will tell you nothing
has happened so far, why? because, since November you know what it is
politically in the country, nothing has really happened, but I know they are
trying to sustained what we did there.
Can you tell us that Barrister Vivian
Nwandu resigned her position under Governor Willie Obiano’s cabinet based on
health grounds?
I exited the governor's cabinet
strictly on health ground, strictly on health ground, noting else!
Would you tell us if it’s not
connected with the exit of former Governor Peter Obi, who they rumoured had
influence over your operation as the SSA on MGDs?
No! its not true, I came back I was
recalled then I stayed for six months before I resigned formally on health
ground.
