U.S. VP CALLS ON GEJ TO PREP FOR GLOBAL LEADERSHIP ROLE
American President Readies Dr. Jonathan As U.N. Global Crises Envoy

It's the open secret every Washington, DC power broker and strategies consultant knew. Ambassadors of key nations have been briefed about it for over a month.
Now the open secret between the U.S. and the U.N. community is all but official.

Endorsed by the U.N. Secretary General, the 5 permanent members of the U.N. Security Council (USA, France, UK, Russia and China), and acting under direct authority of the President of the United States, Vice President Joseph Biden made a call to Nigeria's President Goodluck Jonathan on April 21, 2015.

Officially, Vice President Biden called Dr. G.E. Jonathan to commend him on his unique leadership in ensuring Nigeria’s recent elections were peaceful and orderly.

Unofficially, Vice President Biden called Dr. Jonathan to inform him that as soon as he leaves office the United States, France, UK, China, Russia and the United Nations would designate him the U.N. Global Crises Envoy. The offer would be contingent on Dr. Jonathan acceptance to serve independently in that capacity.

America and the United Nations have reinforced that Dr. Jonathan is a global icon for Peace and Democracy, a status that has brought great honor to Nigeria.
