Sir Emeka Offor and N300 Million Inducement fund for Saturday's Election in Ekwusigo?

Sir Emeka Offor, the Oraifite-born billionaire business man in Anambra State, has allegedly doled out a whooping three hundred million Naira to induce

voters during the Anambra House of Assembly supplementary election for Ekwusigo LGA and other affected areas slated for Saturday, April 18, 2105.

Chief Willie Obiano, Anambra Governor had accused the Nnewi-born  billionaire, Chief Ifeanyi Ubah and others but did not mention Emeka Offor of perfecting rigging and called for cancellation  of the election which was done.

After the accusation and counter accusation, over 30,000 ballot papers were declared missing by INEC but INEC did not mention Ifeanyi Ubah and Emeka Offor.
