A graduate of the Delta State
Polytechnic, Ozoro, Mr. Christopher Gwojor, and three other youths have been arrested
by the police in Warri for allegedly stealing a
Highlander Sports Utility
Vehicle.
The Delta State Police Public
Relations Officer, Celestina Kalu, said the four youths were accosted by a stop
and search team at PTI Junction, Effurun, that later discovered that they had
stolen the car.
The other three are Onoriode
Agbayikele, 26; Anthony Idohor, 21; and Eteh Moses, 25. Kalu said they
confessed to have broken into a house at Okuokoko and stolen the Jeep and other
valuables.
She said items recovered from them
included the SUV with number plate KWL 576 KA, 11 telephone handsets, three ATM
cards, one battle axe; two masks and two toy guns.
